Cozy Vibes At Wiesbaden Elementary School- A Reading Bingo Celebration

Over winter break, our librarian, Ms. O’Dell, gave reading a fun twist with a Winter Break Reading BINGO board—and our students rose to the challenge! The board was packed with creative and cozy ways to stay engaged with reading while away from school, from writing poetry and exploring online resources to reading in pajamas.

We’re excited to share that 17 students turned in completed WES Winter Break Reading BINGO boards! To celebrate their hard work, Ms. O’Dell hosted a cozy afternoon in the Information Center on January 15th. Students brought blankets, stuffies, and their favorite books, spread out around the library, and enjoyed snacks and quiet reading time in front of a virtual fire. It was the perfect way to celebrate a love of reading!

Ms. O’Dell’s creativity continues to make the library a fun and welcoming place for all students. We love seeing how her ideas inspire kids to read, relax, and enjoy great stories. We can’t wait to see even more students participate in the next reading event.
