Dachshund Newsletter

WES Family:

We hope this newsletter finds you well. This is my first Spring in Germany, and I have been advised to prepare to possibly still wear a light jacket even in the middle of May. After today's weather, they weren't kidding. It's hard to believe that we only have 13
more days of school remaining. Each remaining day, teachers continue to focus on providing their children with continuous learning; that's how dedicated they are to each student's success.

Thank you to everyone who recognized our team last week during National Teacher Appreciation Week, including our wonderful PTO.
I want to emphasize the importance of the upcoming events, as they are not just school activities, but opportunities for you to be a part of your child's educational journey:

  1. Our End of Year (EoY) Caring School's School-wide Event on June 3rd, in partnership with the PTO and AAFES, will be viewing a movie about change and the importance of flexibility. Look for a separate email to grant permission for your child to participate.
  2. WES Annual Field Day is on June 4th here at the school; see the attached.
  3. WES Spring Chorus Concert event will occur on Tuesday, May 28th, at 5 pm.

Did you get one? If not, it may be too late. Our PTO has published this year's school annual, which we all know is going to be incredible. Yearbook Autograph Day will be Friday, May 31st.

We appreciate your continued support and active involvement in our school community. Together, we can make a difference in our student's educational journey and ensure their continued growth and success.

Thank you.
